how do you deal with people who look down on you cause you dont make lots of money like them ? for example 2 weeks a go i gave a deposit to a mattress store it was sapossed to be in on friday. they said it was running late n would be in monday or tuesday - so i called today n they said the manufacturer doesnt make that bed anymore . i asked for my deposit back then they said they do but dont have the material anymore - so i was told i had to wait a week for the manufacturer to get the material . i asked for my deposit back n theyre refusing! but i havent got what i want n i honestly dont think i will! what do i do in this case should i call the cops n let them decide if i should get my deposit back? i gave them the deposit for a certain bed n theyve been trying to offer me another . i feel hustled n i dont know what to do!

It's been 14 days since I've filed a claim on paypal but they haven't given me my money yet?

It's been around 12 - 14 days since I've filed a claim on paypal over a scammer who hasn't given me my items which were purchased via a website but it's based on trust blah blah blah. however a claim is only suppose to be 10 days long of a response time for a seller to reply, and well it's been 12 - 14 days now unless paypal doesn't count the weekends possibly?


I'm getting real annoyed with the whole paypal information and claim process in all. I've tried contacting paypal but they always put me on hold or they answer a question that I'm not even asking which is quite frustrating


anyone know if they don't count weekends for response times? and it's only been 8 - 9 days instead of the actual said "10 days" for response.

How can you make up for having a bad reference? I actually worked for a home health agency where the receptionist (a 55 yr. old lady presumed to have a personality disorder) would stalk me via the phone and sabbotage my work assignments by giving me incomplete or totally inaccurate information on the clients. The office manager was no help at all. She was just in the office bc her mom worked for corporate and this lady didn't have any other options. So, anyways, I worked at that place for 2 yrs. and now I'm moving on to another job. I don't want a hole on my resume, but don't really want them as a reference. What would you do?
