Should I cosign for my daughter's first home?

  • secured loan adverse credit
  • credit consolidation loan
  • bad credit secured loan lenders
  • accept credit card payment
  • credit card payment gateway
I like to help my daughter and her husband buy a home and make a large down payment so the monthly payment can be affordable for them until both are employed. They are responsible, college grads. He finishes his master's within a year. For now she brings in enough to afford the payment. In a couple of years I plan to remove my name from the loan/title. Is there any tax implications if I put $50k down? Will there be a problem with my own homestead tax credit? Anything else I should be looking out for? Thanks.

I need help interpreting a BBB decision?

  • credit card merchant service
  • business credit service
  • credit card balance transfers
  • gi bill online classes
  • roaming charges rogers
So I filed a complaint against Tmobile because I had some issues with their billing decisions anyway here is the decision I received (This is a snippet of their {Tmo} response)

In Ms. XXXXX letter to your office, she indicated that her balance is $72.76 and she is being charged for service that she did not use. However, Ms. XXXXX's account was billed in arrears and as such, the payment made on October 3, 2013 was applied to services used through August 18, 2013.The balance of $72.76 consists of charges for services utilized for the August 19, 2013 to September 18, 2013 billing cycle. It is T-Mobile's position that these charges are valid and owed. As a courtesy to Ms. XXXXX and in an effort to amicably resolve this matter, T-Mobile will credit the bill for the billing period of September 19, 2013 to October 18, 2013 once it has been produced. Ms. XXXXXXXX may contact Customer Care at 800-937-8997 to make arrangements for payment.

So are they saying I will only owe for August 19 to September 19?

Could a company use scores on the SDL or SDLRS to make staffing decisions?

  • employee leasing company
  • employee training programs
  • online payment methods
  • latest quarterly result
...such as using the scores from self-directed learning to select particular people for training, or as a basis for recommending particular training methods or techniques?

This question is in regards to human resource management and training employees.

I figure that a company could use these scores as long as there isn't a violation that could result in prima facie evidence of discrimination. Any links for sources are appreciated.
