Is it illegal to pay under the table for a few hours?

  • online payment business
  • business online payment
  • photo books
  • table top displays
  • is jailbreaking illegal
I want to start up a food cart business. I would only need someone to help me prepare and sell food for a few hours a day and for maybe 3 days a week at most. it's a slow start while i keep my full time job and want to see if this idea can become something good where i can eventually leave my job and run my business. I know i will be dealing with licenses and permits and the paper work that goes with opening a business and it would help a lot if i could skip payroll paperwork while I'm just feeling out this idea and only having someone help me for a few hours. Thank you for any tips and advice.

How to negoitate prices? *School related*?

  • college school
  • budget management
  • half life dedicated server
For my college club, I'm the treasurer and we're trying to get bike racks on campus for students to put their bikes when in class. The problem is...the college wants to play the ball game by negotiating that we pay half and they'll pay half.

I think the school should pay a little more than what we're going to put in our pockets because this club is fairly new (the club has been around before, but it has a few setbacks which causes it to go away for awhile but its back this school year)

How do I negotiate this with the school w/o screwing up and making our ends pay more? Do you think the school should pay more? I don't know, help me! We also have a budget for the school yr and the total cost for bike rack is $342 plus taxes.

Who does insurance cover in an accident?

  • medical evacuation insurance
  • medical insurance quote
  • medical insurance companies
  • auto insurance policy
  • veterinary school california
In California if I let someone borrow my car and they get in an accident which isn't their fault but they get hurt, will insurance cover everything like their medical bill, just the car or nothing if their name isn't on the insurance?

Can my CC company stop specific purchases?

  • accept credit card payments online
  • apply for credit card online
  • accept debit cards online
  • xbox live help
  • xbox live helpline
So I caught my 14 year old son using my debit card for his Xbox account he racked up a bit of money I have not disputed yet but will soon but before I do I want to know, if I can just block Xbox Live purchases and not block all online purchases because I do quite a bit of purchasing online myself but there is usually just an option to block online purchases. Once I dispute will they automatically block all Xbox Live purchases?

Accounting allocation homework problem need help?

  • cash loan advance
  • emails received
hi i need some help with this problem, i don't understand where 10/12 comes from

On November 1, 2013, Manufacturing rented a portion of its factory to a tenant for $30,000 per year, payable in advance. The payment for the 12 months ended October 31, 2014, was received as required and was credited to rent revenue.

The adjusting entry was shown as a debit to rent revenue calculated as (10/12 x 30,000) which comes out to be 25,000 and a credit to unearned rent revenue for 25,000.

Please say why every step is so.

Will I lose my job offer?

  • insurance company
  • company health insurance
I applied for a job a month ago at an insurance company and today they told me they would like to offer the job to me. However they said that a post-offer screening must take place but it wasn't clear whether or not that would include me going in somewhere to complete it or if it's an online thing? Because I was told that it's important that I match the dates with my cv when inputting something. So my first question is what happens at a screening? The second more important issue is that I think they are going to think that I've lied on my cv. I'm 18 and just finished being a student and I worked part time at mcdonalds, but I've put the wrong finishing date at mcdonalds. I've put the date that I received my final pay cheque from them, not the date that I actually finished at mcdonalds because I wasn't too sure when that was, but all I knew was that it was at least two months before the date that I put down, but I thought the best idea was to put down the date that I received a final payment. On the job application itself I also put down that I got a geography gcse grade E when I completely forgot that I basically found out this year that I actually didn't get a gcse in geography, it was just a mistake. It's not down on my cv but it is on the job application. Getting an E for a geography gcse isn't something special to lie about because it's a rubbish grade, but now I'm worried they're going to think I purposefully lied on my cv and will withdraw my offer. I don't know whether to email or call the woman who offered me the job explaining the mistakes I've realised I've made before it gets passed on to human resources this week to check out or not, because it will look like I'm just trying to cover up my lies. But not saying anything may also seem like I'm lying. Please help me I'm panicking, I didn't do these things intentionally.

Will I lose my job offer?

I've been offered a job today at an insurance company and they're going to do a background check. I'm 18 and just finished being a student but I've put the date that I finished working part time at mcdonalds as the date of my last payment from them, when in fact I don't know the date I left anymore. I thought that was the best date to put down but I'm worried they'll think I purposefully lied. What should I do? Should I email them explains why the date might be different? Because the date I left is probably two or so months before what I've put on my cv, but I didn't do this to be deceitful. Please help.
