Does Capitec deduct money every week/month from my savings account?

• open a bank account

I opened my first bank account the 27th of September and deposited

R150 into it my savings account. They took R25 to keep the account open which left me with R125. I checked my balance with my phone and there was R123.13 left.

What gives? Please help me.
