Why would your bank call you?

This is the first time in 5 years that my bank called me. So, I'm sure I have not over-drafted my account or anything. I know this guy and I have seen him. This team is new in my bank, and they are always eager to sell their packages. The last time I was there, they talked to me for half an hour to persuade me to transfer my savings into a CD account.

The guy's tone on my voice mail is anxious, saying I should call them as soon as possible, repeating the message twice. He has also emailed me. I'll call them tomorrow, but can it be something serious? I easily get anxious, and I'm so panic now.
