Hi thanks to all who answer in advance.
i work for a company who pay 25% commission only so thats 25% of what i make on each job i do i can do up to 5-6 jobs a day so i might go to a job that might be a blocked toilet at a price of £85 as an emergency no materials to deduct from the price so i would get say £21.25p for the job but i could go to an account job that is £70 for the first hour on site i replace a ball valve at say £10 leaving £60 so i get £15 now dont be thinking it sounds ok just yet say i am on a job and it takes me 45 mins to get to the next job or am stuck in traffic and it takes 1hr and a half to get there then 1 hr on the job that means i just earnt £15 for may be 2 and a half hours or work is quiet i might not get any jobs all day that means i earn nothing i dont get a break down of my wages to what i have made on each job some of the accounts i dont no how much they pay is this legal also in the contract it says £1100 min wage for month but when i asked about it i was told that if there was no work i would have to claim it from work and then they would deduct it back from my commission on the weeks i have plenty of jobs done so thats a bit like borrowing it i could go on for ever about other suff that bugs me but i dont want to bore you all thanks hope to here some honest feed back . mark
