Am I in danger of getting sacked at work?

So I had an argument with a colleague. This guy was a complete bully and was very aggressive towards me, calling me names etc. I couldn't tell any managers because they were involved in the bullying with him so I thought I couldn't trust them.


Anyway one day I caught him staring at me and I went over to him and said 'what?' He then asked if I was eye balling him and I said yeh and then walked away only for him to come after me and started asking me for a fight. I walked away. Afterwards he came towards me twice and threatened me and I again walked away from each situation. All of this was caught on camera.


Anyway I gave me statement as it happened and I told him that my sister was going to die because she had cancer and I've received aggressive behaviour and bulling from him and from several of the managers and my mind was fragile I lost it slightly.


Anyway my manager said I provoked him by eyeballing him. Do you think it might mean I will get sacked?
