How to prepare for a 4 hour interview with an accounting firm?

So I know I should know about their firm and research that, but what else should I do to prepare? THey're not on glassdoor (only 1 review) so I can't really see any of their interview questions. And what kind of questions should I ask? Also, is it ok to ask how many hours a week I could expect to work (like a range), as work-life balance is my priority? Thanks
