I have a question about my bank account/money?

• o2 money card
• wire money online with credit card
• free prepaid visa debit card

On the online balance for my debit card, it says I have £20.91, but only £1.95 available. I cancelled an order for something that cost me £19.00, and it hadn't shipped yet so the hold was on my card however the money hadn't been spent.


I need to buy something quickly, so how long will it take for the hold to be taken off of my debit card so I can use the £20? It's been 2 business days.
