TD Loan Real Number Please?

I have a loan with TD for $36,366= I pay every 2 weeks $376= and I have left 107 payments, but below I have this note "Balance does not reflect the payout amount of the contract" so what that means? If I pay the full balance of $36,366 do I have to give them more than that? Even If I pay in full do I have to pay around $4,000 in interest?
