The VA got my dad a ramp, but I think it might cave in?

The ramp on the top by the door feels like it's about to cave in. I have called the VA and they told me to call that company and that company told me to call the VA. I don't know what to do. They put it up almost a year ago and I have called about it numerous times. Nothing has been done. A few people who have came over have told me the same thing. I'm worried about if I take my dad out in his chair and it falls through or someone comes over and it falls through.


I don't know where to ask this.
