I've passed my 12th grade final examination. And now I'm applying online for Undergraduate admission in a university. But they are asking for upoading a portfolio. But I'm feelin really sorry that I don't have my portfolio ( of certificates for different achievements in school and national) ready yet and I don't even know how to create one. Please help me with making a portfolio. Please show me what are the steps to create a portfolio and if any softwaare is needed to make one, provide the link to download that software.
Additional Details @ Bikash, isn't that a resume? But they asked me to make a portfolio of certificates and I need to apply online first.
