I'm confused about something.
If you have lets say (I made these numbers up, they are NOT BASED ON ANYTHING REAL)
For example:
MSFT at $100.00 a share and you have 10 shares of it. You then sell all 10 shares and buy them back at a later time valuing at $90.00 a share and you buy 11 shares at this rate. And you do it again and again if possible. Is this considered a pump and dump or is this legal and legitimate?
If this is not pump and dump can someone please give me the kindergarten version of what a pump and dump is, because I am lost.
