Hi,
Ok so at my work place it is very cold, we have 9 counters and on top of the counters there is a AC unit which runs through all the 9 counters, on top the place i work at it is busy non stop so for the full eight hour shift i have to serve non stop. each time a customer leaves the door opens and cold air comes into the office and a customer leaves approx every 5 minutes. Also the AC on top us also blows cold air out. my hands get cold and stiff and i also get a really bad headache. We decided to write a letter regarding this to the management and over 20 member of staff signed it but no one had replied or commented on this. Please can someone advise on what to do regarding this matter and how i can go around to management to solve this situation. thanks
