Last Friday I was in footlocker and I was about to buy a £95 pair of trainers but the cashier said my card was declined so I went down to HSBC my bank only to find out that footlocker had taken my money but said my card was declined so I went back up to footlocker to tell them they had taken my money only to be told that my money was in 'holding' and will be dropped back into my account within 24 hours... It is now 5 days later and the money still isn't back in my account. When will my money be in my account and who's fault is this HSBC or footlocker????
When will I get my money back from holding?
