so i live in israel and i started to work with this music company that sells music books and stuff of that sort, the stuff i order costed me about 200 dollars and i payed the shipping in credit card which was 120$ which isnt a small amount for me and then when i called ups they said i have a bill to pay so i said i dont know what you're talking about i paid in credit card 120 dollars and she said i have another 100 dollars to pay... what was she talking about is she mistaking? because if thats the deal with these guys then i will no longer be working with the company im working with because i will be loosing money over shipping prices which is totally ridiculous...
Do i have to pay UPS twice?
