Just read the following paragraph and advise me if it is legal for this case to be closed. Could more evidence open it?





I have many witnesses to support Frank’s assertions that he is totally innocent of these very serious allegations. In the light of their evidence I have no option but to conclude that the case against Frank is unproven and hence closed.
