Okay, so I was mean to have EE set up my home phone and home broadband service set up from last month, when I called them and ask where is my broadband service they said it was a mistake from their end and they had set up the phone service but not the broadband. They keep fobbing me off with different dates of set up and said it is meant to be up and running today, guess what its not! So should/can I cancel the service or should I say non existent service.
Last year I had a similar problem with my mobile phone with vodafone as they charged me but never sent the handset, I spoke to the CAB and I was told i could cancel as they had breached contract are EE doing the same?
