Legal advise needed: I live in Florida. Due to a bad divorce and economy I had to get few internet payday loans considering Florida law is you cannot get more then 1 loan of 500$ at the time at store loans like Amscot, Cash America. I am not sure location of internet payday loans they are probably out of state.

I am interested in looking into filing Chapter 7 due to having a baby and I cannot handle paying these loans any more. Can i put those internet loans on bnky chapter 7 even tho they might be outside of Florida places? No snooty answers please I need help and I am trying to research
