Starting to repay student loans in the U.S., and was wondering if they can be paid off a day or two early this month. If the monthy amount is paid off a day or two ahead, will I still have to pay that same amount on the due date? I sure hope not, but with loans I'd want to be careful, and I also do not want to pay more than I need to pay. I can't seem to find a clear answer to this question online. Also, what happens if I accidentally miss the payment by one day? Will that affect my credit immediately? Really new to this whole thing, and it would be great if someone could answer these questions for a nervous beginner. Thanks!
Can student loans be paid a day earlier than their due date?
