Does anyone else have this problem with E-Rewards?

• web hosting with email
• expired credentials

Ok so E-Rewards is something Game Stop is part of or something like that. You do surveys to get reward money and then you exchange it for stuff on a bunch of different sites. The first day I signed up I had three surveys and they worked I got the money stuff they use.. Then came the problem. They send an email when you have a new survey you can do. Three times now I have clicked on the link the minute I got the email. Yet it says its expired. Has anyone else used this and know whats going on?
