I had arranged payments through Valarity monthly automatically set up to be taken out of my checking. I received a letter from another company two days ago. They claim my acct with Valarity had been sold to them. That my acct went into default in July and this company wanted a full payment on balance owed within 90 days or I would be reported to credit beuru. Valarity said the card I used had expired. And they attempted to call me 3 times and could not get me. They did not leave voice mail nor send a letter.

This company that has my acct now set my payments high. I cannot make them. So I am sending a partial payment. I'd this goes to credit beuru will it ding my credit and how long.

This is so upsetting. All because of an expired card. I would have gotten hold of them if I would have known there were issues.
