Handing in my notice at work?

I currently work part time Thurs, Fri & Saturday and im considering handing my notice in on Thursday. I am due to fly on my holidays for two weeks this Saturday so was hoping I could include my holidays in with my notice period (4wks)? Im guessing I can right?

I get 16.8 holidays a year and will have taken 10.8 days after my holidays. How do I work out whether I owe the company or not? I'd like to be on the ball with stuff before I hand in my notice as the company are renowned for shafting their staff out of pay/owed days etc.

Any help would be great please
