I need some financial mentorship with dealing with debt. Now beside the obvious living less than your means, I need positive educated advice. I owe $5,323 on a cc. $18000 on a 16% ( pretty much rape ) car loan w/ a $482 payment (payments always on time). Now currently I make about $3400mon (military-no mortgage)(with car note taken out) $3200 in a Roth. $500 in each child's college fund (ages 5 & 3) $570 in savings towards a home and $1000 in EF. I've had $ saved before my debt, but should I use my saved $ to pay off my cc? Should I pay extra ea month on my car so I won't get killed in interest later or should I pull my kids college for now to pay down on the cc or car? Or should I just bite my lip and continue to make payments and save?
Help I need financial advice!?
