I already have a small loan through one bank, will i be able to get another one through a diff bank?

first off my credit score is pretty good, i'm a beginner to credit and it's about 700, i got a small loan through one of my banks just to build credit, i spent it and now have about $2800 left on it, if i go to my current bank and ask for another loan they'll know i have one out through them and not wanna give me another, but if i go to a diff bank will they just be able to see just my credit and not know that i have another loan? and probably give it to me? i could afford both loans, i would just want another small loan, so would i be able to get both loans or would they know i'm on another one already
