Heres what happened, my HSBC premier card stopped working so I went to the branch and got it replaced with a temporary card, after 3 days however the temporary card stopped working, I contacted HSBC around saturday night and complained that my card wasnt working, apparently the error was from them, I started shouting at them and telling them I have no cash and no other bank card, and that Im literally broke until Monday morning when I can go to their branch in montreal, I demanded to be compensated for being left broke for 2 days and for the extra trip im being forced to make to get a new working card, They told me they would compensate me,
I need some advice on what to do and how to deal with them in order to get the most compensation possible because I really suffered these 2 days, I spent them without a dollar to my name because of HSBC'S mistakes! Im also forced to visit the branch again and waste time that I dont have!
Again please tell me how to deal with them and position my situation to get compensated best out of this, Thanks
