I have been trying to get funding to buy a small business(at a great deal, I know the seller), but every place wants me to have 20% of what I need. I can't seem to find a place that gives 50-100k loans that doesn't require me to be swimming in money already. Yes I know, this is probably coming off as naive but at the same time I know I'm only successful when I'm my own boss and i cant achieve some kind of financial success with my current job. If there is a program out there that can help, let me know.
