I owe the library $143?

I just received a letter from a debt collector agency saying I owe $144.77. Do I have to pay them? Do I have to pay the library? What do I do?? I just got out of high school by the way.

I forgot to mention I turned in the all the books, so I don't know why they are charging me. Maybe because the books were late?? idk :(
