If assistant manager at my seasonal job likes me, is this a sign that my job won't turn permanent?

I think my assistant manager thinks I'm cute. On one occassion she said I looked nice. A few times she has gotten in my personal space and gives me flirty eye contact. I think she's physically attractive too.


But I've gotten the impression that she is really good friends with the head manager of the store and I'm paranoid that this means my assistant manager wouldn't mind flirting with me b/c I'll only be there temporarily.
