If an invoice says "paid in full" do i have to pay again?

I ordered something online and i checked my account to see if the money was in the process of being taken out (and it was) , plus i also received a call from my bank to confirm if it was me making the purchase since it was a pretty high amount ( about $500). I also checked the invoice i received and under the "payment method" it shows my card and it also says "payed in full". Im a little skeptical ( and paranoid) that i would be charged again for my order since amazon did that to me. so my question is, If the invoice is "paid in full ", will i be charged again once it ships out or am i in the clear and don't have to worry about it?
