Hey There!
I am 29 and I am contributing 5% of my pay to retirement because my job will match up to 5%. I made a decent real estate investment and made 14k. With that I am paying off my credit cards (about 6k) and saving the rest. This leaves me with about 16k in the bank (after I retrieve my original investment in to the house) and I will be 100% debt free (no student loans, car payments, etc). Where do I start when it comes to learning about ways to invest?
Ideally I'd like to see a quick return on my money and have access to it if there were an emergency. Any help you could provide would be appreciated :)
