I work a Shopko as a cashier and I just recently started helping for GM Freight which is pretty much stocking shelves at 4am. But what they didn't tell me was that I would be doing this job all the time and that they wouldn't be letting me do cashiering anymore and just doing this job when I thought I was still doing what I did before and stocking shelves sometimes.
So I talked to my boss that schedules me for cashiering and told her I want to go back on for cashiering and she said she would talk to the other manager for freight.
So this lady comes to me and tells me to my face that Im pretty much a waste of her time for training me and that she told me the requirements for this position. I told her that I thought I could swing it but its becoming to much with school, and my daughter and homework. She told me that I screwed her over. That was a week or so ago.
So yesterday I went to talk to her because she wanted me to stay on for another week or so to help her out before I went back to cashiering so I said fine. She wanted me to let her know if I could do freight next week and that's what I went to talk to her about yesterday. But she told me that she would stop scheduling me for freight but she said well I don't know if the other manager has a spot for you anymore because of seasonal hiring and that she will take me off because she can't make me work.
I sobbed for an hour because of how much she puts me down. I called the main manager at ShopKo and he is going to sit both managers down to figure all this out. I also work tomorrow at 1am and she said all snotty your going to be there right!
Can I get a lawyer for this? I feel like she is harassing me and everyone else.

My boss at work is putting me down, etc. Can I call a Lawyer?
