On what day should I quit?

  • personal injury at work
  • western union loans personal
  • quit smoking pills
I had this up before, serious answers only please.

I'm currently at a job that I've been trying to leave for the past week. The boss has been gossiping about me to employees, saying that he's going to fire me, but if I confront him on what I can do better, he doesn't say anything. I got a job interview for tomorrow and it seems promising. This week my work only gave me 2 days (another reason I'm leaving, they said they'd give me at least 20-25 hrs/week when I started, but lately, they've just given me 14-18 and won't give me more shifts if I ask.), Friday and Saturday, I'm going to the job interview before I go into work. If I get the job, I plan to work Friday. But Saturday would definitely be my last day. I know protocol is 2 weeks, but I have no intentions of telling the job I'm applying to that I have another job already, because I know this job would not give me a good reference, so I cannot tell them I have to wait 2 weeks before working, so I'm saying the first day I can start is Monday morning. I want to finish out my week at my current job, so if I get the job, should I tell them tomorrow that Saturday is my last day? Or should I just quit Saturday at the end of my shift? I want to be able to give them somewhat of a head's up, though I don't know what days they scheduled me to work next week. Help! I want to add, I realize neither day is good notice, but I know if I tell this new job I can't start for 2 weeks, they'll find someone else to take the position. So again, both days suck, but it's all I can deal with.
