I currently owns some AIG warrants and am contemplating on selling them. Will like to know whether will I be subjected to the 'obligation' to sell the underlying AIG shares at $45 to the buyer if he or she exercises his or her rights to convert the warrants into common shares in the next few years before 2021? Will I hence need to keep the equal number of AIG shares till then? Otherwise, will I be considered 'shortselling'? Sorry for being noob... >.<
