Shipping on stuff on ebay?

• ebay selling tools
• oscommerce paypal
• ebay seller tools
• usps postage meters

I just started selling on ebay. my item sold. do i have to buy a shipping label on paypal because the funds are held and i dont have enough in my paypal to pay for the shipping. so can i go to a ups store and print a label? im using ups not usps. I guess they have different guidelines. sorry about my grammar. i just wanna ask this quick. I want someone who has experience selling on ebay. thanks.
