What happened to my health insurance? I no longer have it and they won't give me an explanation.?

The only answers I keep getting are "we're sorry but we don't know exactly what happened". I've had regular health insurance for years and suddenly I no longer have it and the insurance company will not give me a explanation because apparently they don't know what happened. I didn't switch insurances so I know it couldn't be that. My health insurance covers a lot of medical things for me (my medicines being top priority) but due to it suddenly being cancelled, I found out I can no longer get my medicines refilled in the meantime which is bad because I have Epilepsy and 2 weeks left of medicines. I cannot run out or I'll be having grand mal seizures! The medicines alone (without insurance) are $400 each and I'm on 4 different seizure medications. What's going on and what should I do? I'm 22 by the way.

I would pay if it was just 400 but like I said I'm on 4 different medicines $400 each. That would be $1,600 out of pocket. I don't have that all at once :(
