What happens if I lose one of my paychecks?

So, I work at KFC and I never cashed in my check from 2 weeks ago (I had to talk to my manager about overtime and stuff so I gave it to her and when she gave it back I left it in my bag and never cashed it in because I didn't have time) and now it's gone.

Anyways, what do I do? Do I just tell her that I lost the check and ask if she could cancel it or something and ask for a new one?
