Can i can get any replacement from my clothes?

I got blood and alcohol stain last night at the dance floor. 6 people were fighting etc and i got blood stain and alcohole on my shirt. Those stains wont go away, i wasnt part of the fight.


question 1: Can i indemnity for my shirt or something if not Question 2: Is there anyway to remove those stains, i already washed it 2 times

I bought this shirt like 2 weeks ago for 70 dollars and now this happend...
