I had an account with Time Warner Cable, it ended up going to a collection agency. I called the collection agency and set up pay date where the amount owed was going to be withdrawn off my acct, I ended up paying it way before. At the time it wasn't showing on my credit report and they guaranteed it wasn't going to show on my credit report if I set up a pay date or pay it as soon as possible. Right after I paid it off it ended up showing on my credit report. I called the collection agency and they told me it was going to be deleted n they were going to send me the something stating that, but supposedly it could take 30 days until it shows deleted on my credit report.... idk what to do this is the very first time this has happened to me and I am trying really hard to keep a good credit score.


I was wondering if after they delete it would it still show on my credit report and would i get back all the points I lost?


Also i am 22 and i have a very poor auto insurance and home insurance score what can i do to improve that and what do they go based on.

and i also have about 17 hard inquiries what can i do to improve that?
