I am trying to clean up my credit history to be approved for an FHA mortgage. My credit scores are equifax=570 experian=570 transunion=618. I plan on settles with a lot of my creditors within the next few months, and making payment arrangements.I do have an $8000.00 auto loan in good standing for the past 7 months. However, I have a $2500.00 student loan that I hadn't paid in 4 years, and they finally took it out of my tax return in the beginning of the year. The student loan is paid in full. I am wondering if even after my other debts are paid, will I even be eligible for an FHA mortgage?
