I got more money from OSAP than I expected, can I use it to pay off my credit card?

I have a balance of like 500 on my credit, and the only money I have is from my parents and from OSAP. Am I allowed to use the osap money to pay off my credit card? It seems they gave me a lot more than the estimate but I just want to be sure that I can use the money. I should have enough to pay my tuition and stuff..
