I am attempting (again) to apply at Safeway. My username already exists?

• federal tax number application
• technical writing certificate

I had applied to Safeway before, but never finished the application process. I don't remember the password, username other than my own name, or anything else that is needed. So I attempted to create a new one. It is telling me that the social number and the name already exist. How can I attempt to get back into that one, delete it, or do anything so that I may apply one more time? Thanks to anyone who can help :(
