I ordered some things from NEXT yesterday and it was supposed to arrive today 'before 1pm'.

I even paid £3.99 for a one-day delivery but I am still waiting, I've been tracking the delivery and it says...

Will I receive it today or not?

I urgently need to go somewhere but there is always the possibility that the delivery man will be standing in front of my house and I won't be there.


Also, what's the point of a one day delivery when the good won't arrive in time? It's a false description, isn't it ffs?!

Will I receive my goods today?
