I work at a brokerage firm that most have never heard of but its on Wall Street, should I be worried?

The job is as a stock broker and it involves a lot of cold calling. Actually cold calling is the job but from what I've read online thats what stock brokers are supposed to do.


Ever heard of it?

Should I be worried?

Does it being on Wall street matter/ add legitimacy?

To the 15 year old sophomore. Take your math and econ classes very seriously. If you go to college major in finance or economics. I moved to nyc and I kinda got lucky, Apparently its really easy to get this job but it has a really high attrition rate. My first week there were three other guys and they all left after their first day but if you make it the income is supposed to be really high.
