Right now my parents have been sued by all their credit cards, yes they made some mistakes. My father had a booming business that completely fell through a few years ago, along with a few other situations lead to this disaster.
However, now I'm thinking about my own credit. I just turned 21, I'm wondering if I should get a credit card. Based on my parent's experiences, I'm a bit apprehensive. But my expenses are slowly starting to exceed, and the ability for me to pay directly is becoming difficult.
I don't really know what I should start doing...Any advice?
