I used to work in insurance, on the customer service side of claims and am toying with the notion of getting back into insurance. As a former journalist, I think I could be a good fit for deeper involvement in claims and am wondering what it's like. With all the travel, I think it would be isolating, but I'm single, so maybe that's a plus.
