So basically, my boyfriend and I live 2 hours apart and my birthday is in a week,we're going to a Cardinals football game with my family, but he couldn't find a ride so my brother offered to go pick him up if he could send $45 to fill up the tank. My boyfriend gave me $110 for my birthday. So he decided to just send both the $45 and the $110.. so $155.
My dad said he should send a money order since it's safer then sending $155 in cash. I asked my boyfriend if he knew how to fill one out and he said yes. He's not the brightest crayon in the box so I asked if he could send a pic of it before he sent it. So he did. The only thing he filled out on the money order was my dads name? I told him ''aren't you supposed to sign it?'' and he said ''no, cause i'm not the one cashing it why?'' and I said ''Cause it says purchaser sign here and you're the purchaser'' and again, he said ''no i'm not the one cashing it so I just need to write his name and that's all''.
He already sent it. It only takes about a day or two to get to my house. Should I send it back and have him fix it or what can we do? We need to cash it by the 5th of October.
