I wanted to know if Stenography is a good career to get into?

I'm 20 and i'm debating what career path I should choose. When I first graduated high school I wanted to be a physical therapist. I had been in a sports medicine program and had to complete 60 hours of working with our schools athletic trainer and I loved it! But I saw that they work crazy hours so I was like no which is why I chose physical therapy. Now i'm like no to physical therapy because I really don't want to be in school for 6-7 years. So then I considered being a nurse but I don't know if I would be cut out for that. I found out about court stenography and it really interests me and it's not a lot of school :) So I just wanted to know is it a good career choice? Does anybody out there work as a court stenographer or know someone who does? Do you like it? Thanks for reading this! Answers are greatly greatly appreciated
