Will Obamacare plans reject applicants?

If I applied for an Obamacare-mandated health plan (that are starting to be offered October 1st) could they reject me after looking at my health history?


I am 25 and mostly healthy but I have some orthopedic injuries that will need care/ surgery in the next year. Could they reject me based on that/ not give me care?


I understand the government is like involved with these plans (the subsidization part) but could the private companies reject me?
