I need good advice on how the law work with imergrents?

• business visa card
• student visa card

So my boyfriend and I been dating for a 1 year now...we want to get married and also do everything as a married couple... my question is what documents I need to sponsor him for a greencard or the steps of the process? ? I know you have to make so much a year in order to sponsor someone for a green card but the problem is I just got a full time job making good money which mean I have not did taxes in some years now.. my question is could I show proof that I have a full time job making so much and still sponsor him?


My bf and I are just rady to start our lives...all we are are trying to do is tet a grern card or work permit so he can get better work... please no negative comments
